Cuisine of Hungary:
Hungarian
food (my favourite) is often spicy and rather heavy. People with
sensitive stomach should be careful. Paprika, black pepper and onions
are frequently used. Potato is also commonly used in many dishes. We
are passionate about our soups, desserts and stuffed pancakes. Hungarian
cuisine uses a large variety of cheeses too.
